This is our maintenance version of our Buffalo Meltdown Program!
This program will run 6weeks, meeting , weighing in and working out 6 times with their specific time slot group and trainer on the dates listed below. Each participant will also receive 6 group classes, and be placed in a private anchor page on facebook to assist with staying on track!
