What you need….

1.5 Scoops of Protein Powder ( I prefer Chocolate Fudge Brownie Pro-Whey SNI Protein)

1 Tablespoon of Virgin Coconut Oil

1 Tablespoon Almond Butter

 

In bowl mix all ingredients then pop into microwave for 2 minutes.

 

Each brownie contains

48g of Protein

16g of Fat

5g Carbs

3g Sugar
