Previously our cardio hip hop class! Groove and sweat off  in this intense cardio dance class that uses hip hop and other current songs as a base to shake your groove thang! Each class is also concluded with toning of the arms, legs, and core.

PiYo is a hybrid workout combining mind/body practices such as yoga and Pilates, as well as principles of sports stretch, strength training and dynamic movement to improve strength, flexibility, balance, core stability, reduce stress, and provide a mild cardiovascular effect. PiYo is a non-traditional form of yoga and Pilates in combination with constant movement and fast flow from one exercise to the next.

Kettlebell AMPD

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.  Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself!

This amazing interval class will cover you from head to toe! get sweaty as you STACK the time intervals at different stations using various pieces of equipment and body weight styled exercises!
