For the Balls:

2lb of ground chicken or turkey

4 oz of softened cream cheese

1 packet of hidden valley ranch seasoning

1 tsp black pepper

2 eggs

For the sauce:

1 Stick unsalted butter

1 bottle of franks hot sauce

Combine all ball ingredients together in medium bowl.Form into 1 inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Combine Sauce ingredients in sauce pan on medium heat until melted.

Take the balls after they cook for 10 minutes and dunk (carefully) into the sauce and cook for a remaining 12 minutes. Cover with remaining sauce after the second bake. Serve with celery and blue cheese!
