These are great on the go, have no wheat (Gluten free) and very tasty!

Breakfast Muffins   ANYTIME Muffins:

4 Eggs

1 Cup Heavy Cream

1 Tablespoon Almond Flour

1- 1.5 Teaspoon of Garlic powder.

Pinch of Salt and Pepper.

Bacon ( uncooked).

Mushrooms (sliced).

Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 

HEAVLY grease ( with coconut oil) muffin tin ( or use cupcake papers).Cut bacon in 1/2 and  wrap bacon around the outside edge of each tin.

Add a large pinch of cheese to each tin. Combine eggs, almond flour, Cream, garlic powder. Desptribute egg mixture evenly between all the tins. Add sliced mushroom to float on top of each tin. Cook for 20-25 minutes on 375.

    This sounds SO good I can hardly wait to try them. All I need is the heavy cream. I have to admit I still skip a beat when I hear heavy cream in a recipe. .. But I am trusting in the science you and Jeff have provided!
